Want to have a life outside of work?
"But we're short staffed and your team needs you."
Find a mistake and bring it to light or correct it?
" You failed to act sooner, and whether it's your fault or not, and despite the positive outcome from a potentially dangerous situation, here's your write-up."
Have a legitimate complaint and present it with a solution?

I've never worked in a place that puts so much emphasis on employee satisfaction but then does everything to make them unhappy. It's like being in an abusive relationship.
