      Great staff, poor management - Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) MedVet Employee Review

      Pros

      Medvet boasts some of the most amazing, supportive teams I've been a part of. There are many skilled, dedicated, and passionate vet nurses on staff.

      Cons

      Management is ineffective. There is not as much opportunity for advancement and education as they promise.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
