Great work life balance, unlimited PTO and fair compensation.
Cons
The new Executive team that has been brought in over the last year haven't really changed anything, besides Sid. It's quite clear that the CX market isn't worth what it used to be, and Qualtrics has been winning business by just undercutting severely (good luck to those customers, as it's an overpromise and under delivery every time we hear feedback). There isn't a successful plan to win new business, there's no Exec to Exec deals being signed, and it looks like Medallia is dying a slow death unfortunately.
