      New CEO taking the company in the good direction and focussing people on things that fuel growth. The right projects for the company seem to be getting supported. Lots of progress and momentum. - Great product, leader in a growing space - People are passionate and helpful - Opportunity to experiment / try new things

      Some of the old timers are a bit negative, slows down progress

      Pros

      Nothing much to say here. Management is messed up. All tech initiatives are showcase only. There are genuinely smart people, but they are managed by worse management you can imagine.

      Cons

      - many bad CEOs, many bad managers. - the whole company is slow. - no one know what the company’s mission statement is. - PE firms have no idea what they are doing.
