Pros

Good laptop Work from home

Cons

From 2021 to 2024, the company’s culture deteriorated badly — multiple rounds of layoffs, tiny promotion raises well below market rates, and heavy offshoring made it hard to feel connected to the company. Clients started noticing the decline too. Benefits were basically non-existent — no food vouchers, commuting support, or regular team events, which most companies offer nowadays. Budget cuts killed any sense of community, and constant CEO turnover made the environment extremely volatile. It became difficult to even focus on doing the job properly. The work environment also became very political. Colleagues would steal spiffs and incentives without consequences, and leadership turned a blind eye to it. It created a toxic atmosphere where trust and collaboration broke down completely. Overall, it was sad to watch the company decline so quickly, with great colleagues leaving and PE cutting resources to the bare minimum. I wish the team the best, but it’s hard to see a bright future under the current circumstances.

Pros

Nothing much to say here. Management is messed up. All tech initiatives are showcase only. There are genuinely smart people, but they are managed by worse management you can imagine.

Cons

- many bad CEOs, many bad managers. - the whole company is slow. - no one know what the company’s mission statement is. - PE firms have no idea what they are doing.
