Great company but less than great pay - Systems Engineering Manager Medallion Instrumentation Systems Employee Review

Started off in production and worked my way up to where I am. Constant challenges and learning experiences, will definitely be useful in the future.

Workload is unsteady at times. Sometimes slammed, sometimes slow. All part of the job.

Great boss, coworkers are very nice, close to the beach (5 minutes from lake michigan), work seems a little difficult and counter productive at first but it is actually very useful later on knowing how to thoroughly review software requirements

Pay isnt super great, the office is a bit dark
