Pros
A lot of good people worked there, but once the private equity firm out of NYC became more involved, the culture became negative. There’s a lot of underhandedness and duplicity at medalogix.
Cons
Let go and/or marginalized several women while they were expecting. Recalled shares that were used as leverage time and time again to sway employees to stay at the company for less money. While they may have had legal ground to recall shares, uninformed leadership verbally mislead everyone on the team for years. Leadership are wolves in sheep’s clothing.
