Pros
There are some great people who work at this company, who have a ton of potential, and are fantastic to work with. For a small company the benefits are pretty decent, fully covered individual health insurance and a small 401K match. One of the best benefits is the stipend for each employee for personal growth. There were also some nice "start up" benefits such as a decent selection of office snacks, beer on Friday's, after work/weekend trips/events a few times a year.
Cons
Middle management is filled with young professionals some of whom have potential, and none of whom have been given any guidance, mentorship, training, or resources to fill that potential, and upper management consists of the CEO who at best doesn't realize the culture he is creating and at worst has purposefully surrounded himself with eager young "yes-men". The turnover rate is crazy, I quickly lost count of the number of people I barely even got to know before they were out the door with no explanation. It is hard to say how many left of their own decision and how many were fired because offboarding was handled very poorly. Transparency is a big buzz word I have heard at many companies, but not Medbridge, and for good reason. I found it incredibly strange how little I knew about what was going on in the business, and not for lack of inquiry.
