      Pros

      Extremely fast paced so never a dull moment. Metrics driven. You learn great skills that you can apply in everything you do in life. You learn to create SMART goals, drive change and measure the impact. Lastly, you learn how to determine where you want to drive change and identify how you know when you reached the goal.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Not great for your mental health.
