Pros

There used to be a strong sense of teamwork and a positive culture. A few coworkers were genuinely supportive and made the work more manageable.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company has changed significantly. Leadership has shifted toward favoritism, which affects opportunities and overall morale. There is very little room for growth, and communication from management often comes across as micromanagement rather than guidance. The constant oversight and lack of trust created an unhealthy work environment that ultimately push top performing employees to leave.

Pros

Great people and teams in McHenry its like a family

Cons

Company cuts employees that make great contributions to guiding the local teams and provided great support. 6 reorganizations in past 5 years all to save costs but doesn't listen to end customer. Great people let go which is sad.
