Pros

i truly cannot think of one

Cons

in no particular order because they are all terrible: senior leadership: -firstly they are all related (CEO is twin brothers with the COO and married to the CNO) which they purposely do not disclose ahead of time -they constantly go back and forth on what the vision of the company is because they have no idea what they're doing -they are too inexperienced to be running a company and will almost certainly run it into the ground in the near to immediate future (if the company is not bankrupt within a year or two, I will be very surprised) -they continue to hire senior executives (that cost $$$) in hopes that they can turn things around in 3-6 months and then fire them when they cannot (turnover at senior leadership level is incredibly high) -they then also fire lower level team members blaming it on poor performance when in reality it is due to the poor/non-existent leadership -they do not listen to other peoples' opinions and simply cannot comprehend that the market has shifted and having a very mediocre product offering no longer works -absolutely terrible at instilling confidence or any sort of positive morale on all hands calls culture: -quite frankly there is none -people are silo'd to their own teams and generally do not interact with others -very disjointed (decisions made on one team that impact another are not communicated because no one knows how to do that properly) -morale is terrible because they are constantly doing rolling mass layoffs every 3 months (15-20% each time) -remaining employees are left to do even more work and are in constant fear of the next layoff cycle career opportunities: -if you have literally no career aspirations (or if you hate yourself) then this is the right place for you -promotions are a game of favorites and not based on merit -only people who cannot get hired at other companies remain here and end up moving up the ranks -managers are fake and give no transparency and/or will lie to you -HR is trying way too hard to make this company seem legit (eg convoluted performance review cycle only to force rank everyone into one bucket, adding strict job tiers and salary ranges to 'attract top talent' only to have half of the company laid off within 6 months) -you will not learn anything here and will not work on anything interesting either compensation and benefits: -laughable at best -base pay below market -benefits are trash (high premiums for poor coverage) -401k with a 5 year vest for matching (this company will not exist in 5 years) -no bonuses (except for the execs of course) -minimal equity (hardly a perk because you will have to pay to exercise options that will be worth zero dollars) -no wellness rebates, no other perks, literally no anything other than your base pay (and commissions if you're on the sales team, but if you're on the sales team you will, without a doubt, get fired) work/life balance: -previously team dependent but now with a bare bones company all teams are going to be stretched thin -slack messages sent at all hours of the evening regardless of what time zone you're in -'do more with less' mentality means they are expecting you to do 2x the work or you will, without a doubt, be included in the next quarterly layoff cycle company values: -i don't even know what they are anymore because they've changed them so many times (partly from the lack of clear vision from execs + partly from HR trying way too hard to make this seem like a real company) -something about urgency (ie being available at all hours of the day), being data driven (even though there is so many issues with the data being used to form decisions) and some other mumbo jumbo nonsense HR made up miscellaneous: -if you are drawn to this company because it is meant to help nurses, please know that management truly does not care about the nurses nor its employees, everyone is just a number and they will happily cut nurses pay or lay employees off if that means being able to keep their own pockets lined

Pros

Remote and a few good people who are not a part of management

Cons

Leadership, pay is on the low end, dead territories. Competitors have lapped them in what they can offer. Accounts have been picked through and worked to death by prior reps. If you have a weak territory where nursing staff are not on the platform jobs will go unfilled. Your quota relies on freelance nurses filling the jobs and then actually showing up for work. Completely outside your control. Too many variables for failure. Colleagues who will work outside their territory with glee at your expense which in turn creates a toxic culture and resentment. Managers will ignore your concerns regarding these issues and are quite frankly, useless. Reach out to a number of reps and do your due diligence before accepting any offers. The pay is on the low end and not worth the headache. The CRO has zero experience in healthcare.
