Pros

Can wear anything including shorts and flip flops (LOL).

Cons

CEO/Owner/President is inept (socially and in business) and an abusive liar. He treats employees like servants micromanaging their every action. Even the few skilled people who unfortunately accept a job her are then treated like interns. Then when the inevitable mistakes/problems happen he blames everyone else and threatens to fire them etc. The CEO/President/Owner will lie 100% lie about the company/job during the interview. He will tell you lies about their staff, product, job description, revenue, outlook, growth potential. The office is a dark and depressing place. Felt like all hope died years ago, horrible to sit at your desk in the dingy and dark office all day. Technology is a joke, the company is RUN ON GOOGLE SHEETS. Good luck doing your job if you expect even a rudimentary CRM,Ticketing system, etc. They hire literally anyone because turnover is so bad due to the management "style." I saw 2 interns who seemed pretty desperate to just get something on their resume literally leave and just stop replying to emails after 3 DAYS in the office. If desperate 22 year olds are walking out...

Remote work, great team, freedom to make your own hours and lots of fun travel!

Cons

If you are not a go-getter there is not a lot of oversite or micromanaging so you will fail!
