      Honestly one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Constant lack of direction, yet expectations are unrealistically high. Little to no transparency, and decisions seem to change depending on convenience. Management prioritizes cutting costs over treating employees fairly, whether that’s in compensation, workload, or general respect. Positive reviews here are fabricated, even the employees that choose to stay will never leave a positive review

      Pros

      So far, I have good working experience here. Gain new knowledge. Also, we still have pay increments. In addition, company also give us a lot opportunity to use AI tools, recommend us to upgrade ourself by using AI. So, we can work more efficiently and work life balance. To me, the management are very kind and very understanding. After all, I feel comfortable working in this company.
