The new Mediabistro team is finally taking shape after some major restructuring, coupled with high turnover, over the past couple of years. Highlights include the bright, open office space in Hell's Kitchen and regular happy hours, potlucks, and lunch and learns.

Nailing down the company-wide business strategy is still a work in progress. Once a successful course is set across departments, employees will undoubtedly feel more secure, motivated and inspired to do the best work possible.
