Cons
The volume of sham, positive reviews reveals how disingenuous this company really is. They are easy to spot, written from a guidance perspective. Eg. "Work Hard and You'll Do Well" etc. These should help you to make an informed decision about whether you really want to work for this type of employer. If they can't be honest at the outset, what else are they capable of? Hint: lots! Senior management have become obsessed as my current and former colleagues take to this site to share real experiences, in the hope that they can save someone else from the misery. My two cents: It really is a lousy place to work, with no solid guidance or recognition. Shaming behaviour is rife. Egotistical managerial style is exhausting. Remuneration is sub-par with absolutely no benefits. Boy's club mentality, with no room for growth unless you become part of the clique. Sexist and dated. Employees are treated as a burden, rather than an asset.
