Pros
Nice clients: Great mix of commercial and charity brands. Client retention is super high and lots of opportunity to get involved in pitching if you want. Great management: The most nurturing leadership team and management I've experienced. They genuinely care about wellbeing and have been incredibly supportive whenever I've needed it. DEI: Lots of active work is being done to make the workplace truly inclusive, particularly for neurodiverse and ethnic minority staff. Flexibility: I know a few people work part-time to support their families etc, plus they just stared early finish Fridays over the summer which is a touch! Nice benefits: There's loads - private medical, health cash plan, good holiday plus office closes over xmas which is a bonus. Team culture: Lots of socials (thanks Social Committee!) The founders and board are incredibly approachable and make a real effort to get to know everyone individually. Personal development: Big emphasis on training and the bootcamp scheme for Execs. The agency is small enough that you can have a varied role and learn quickly, but big enough to win massive clients.
Cons
Fast-paced environment: Like any agency I've ever worked at, it gets busy and full-on at times. You have to be ready to handle the pace, though the team always rallies round to support you when the workload peaks. High standards: There are very high standards and no room for coasters. It is a great environment for learning from brilliant people and hard work is genuinely rewarded, but it won't suit everyone if you are looking for an easy ride.
