I have never loved a job more. I get so much visibility into the company and work with inspiring people every day.

I honestly can’t think of any. The days go by so fast in the best way possible.

Cool office downtown - nothing else

Typical start up with antiquated infrastructure and limited stability not an advantageous place to start a career out of college. If you are interested in media out of college work somewhere with real agency culture and opportunities otherwise it’s a chop shop with minimal gain
