Management is always willing to help you learn new things. Good money and decent benefits. Both challenging and rewarding.

Can be stressful sometimes. The teamwork is great except when that one person comes in and pulls others down.

None that I can think of.

If management doesn’t like you, you’ll be out the door! It doesn’t matter how much money you collect. It doesn’t matter how high your percentages are. You’ll be fired during the probationary period. They don’t treat everyone equally.
