Everything!!! Management is awful. If you kiss butt you will make it far, if you do your job and take more responsibilities you will be taken advantage of. Nothing is tracked but when it comes down to it upper management will save their butts and let everyone sink. Too much drama!!! Low morale and everyone is put against each other. Management will openly talk bad about you and NOTHING there is confidential. HR is biased and not there for the employee
