Pros
Really good work life balance. Can't really ask for more. They give you unlimited PTO which is off course not really unlimited. When it comes to hours working they really don't care how little time you are actually working as long as you can get your work done by deadlines. 10% Annual bonus and 5% merit based pay increase yearly.
Cons
Acquired by a bigger company that is slowly incorporating their ways onto the company. The company retained stuff like unlimited PTO and got the right to buy company stock on the European stock exchange. The company uses a contracting company for some of their engineers and some of them are not good quality engineers. Also the company that acquired Medidata just gave us engineers which didn't nothing for months because they didn't know anything.
