      Pros

      Medidata has welcomed me with open arms and made me feel unique, special, valuable, and encourages me daily. Medidata is a company like no other and I am grateful to be apart of this team who encourages, challenges, and is all about teamwork. Medidata also believed in work / life balance which is really important. Medidata has a great history to be proud of and I am glad to be part of this team for the future growth, family oriented, and of course a winning team.

      Cons

      Only con I can think of is that working remotely the interaction with your team is a little difficult through online to really get the full impact of the teams expression.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
