      Pros

      Helping the members on their weight loss journey, learning about the weight loss industry as well as some selling tricks.

      Cons

      No win situation, unrealistic goals, set up for failure. Center Manager have no chance to be successful, your treated like a piece of garbage and upper management just does not care. Worst job I've ever had!

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.

      The work is currently fast-paced to meet the changes in the market.
