MEDIKO has an excessively high turnover rate in the corporate office as well as in the field. This rate of turnover is not possibly associated with employees, but rather a poor culture and incompetent leadership. In the corporate office you will experience a toxic environment with the one constant being an unethical, narcissistic owner. The high turnover is readily apparent with a brief search of LinkedIn (look at all the former employees and their short tenure), a review of open positions on the company website (ask yourself why there is so many) or a direct question to HR (an honest answer will not be provided by the owner). Field employees are provided minimal support from the corporate office and the Health Services Administrator roles as well as staff positions are a revolving door. You will constantly experience significant staffing shortages, marginal raises and lack of opportunities. Additionally, for all employees, compensation is below market, benefits are subpar, expensive and there is no 401(k) match.
