Pros
I loved the people I worked with. We were passionate about growing the business and succeeding. We were united in a mission and supported our leaders because they supported us. We were a family. But that ended.
Cons
While our numbers weren't always great, and change isn't a bad thing, but when the change that happens is bringing in a bunch of cocky, smirky men to "lead" the company and leave a trail of humans in the path, the incredible culture that was there has completely left. I heard from former colleagues that they laid off even more people today. I heard 10% of the company while the CEO told the employees things are looking great for Medius.
