Pros

Option for a first job right out of college since that's their hiring demographic.

Cons

You can hit metrics and goals and still get let go in less than a year. They want you to do everything their way (very much a 'drink the Kool-Aid type of environment') and leadership is VERY unorganized. They're slogan is "locking arms" together but they only push the "teamwork environment" to make it all appear like a fun & collaborative place to work by doing happy hours etc; everyone looks out for themselves and considering it's so unorganized, you're always trying to stay afloat so you don't get let go. Also - HR, please don't respond to this review like every other one asking to get in touch with the person about their concerns, you hear it on all the calls with employees when they're getting fired/let go so maybe try challenging leadership to fix this internally like HR is supposed to do.
