Pros
Environment is good with the selected people.
Cons
Workload division is hell, management are very toxic, Job description is just a suggestion, you will be asked to do 10x your responsibilities, Bonus schemes are used against employees and management are always trying to leverage any situation to escape spending on commissions and bonus for employees (they w, in summary they will invest in everything but their employees which is their "highest asset". Also, there are a lot of departments that do not do their required jobs and end up obliging employees to do their job ex: Finance will make employees calculate their commissions manually and will usually be late in payments and make errors during transfers hoping no one will notice.
Additionally, they pay a minute amount for transportation even though the company has several branches across different areas and cities yet they will make the employees pay the larger bulk for meetings.
They have no boundaries in work life balance and usually your direct manager will be contacting you forcing additional tasks off working hours/ in leaves and vacations.
