Pros

Projects are interesting to work on.

Cons

Inflexible when it comes to working from home. Policy changed out of the blue and the total wfh days in a year decreased from 106 to 80. No explanation given other than the desire for the company to move away from a hybrid working model and make workers come into the office more. They said “if you don’t like it then leave”. Maternity leave is the minimum that your country will allow. Unaffordable to many and with less work from home days, having a family and working at Medpace is not good. Almost like they don’t want people to have children?

Thank you for the feedback. We have made recent changes to our remote work policy in support of our culture of in-office collaboration, while still providing opportunities for associates to work from home when personal flexibility is needed. We feel that combined with our flexible scheduling, PTO packages, and our updated remote work policy, that employees have flexibility in their work schedule to meet their personal needs. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
