My experience at Medsien has been overwhelmingly negative due to the company's toxic culture and discriminatory practices. Engineers are expected to work excessively, often sacrificing their personal lives to meet unrealistic demands. This environment stifles personal development and prevents employees from engaging in meaningful, substantial projects. Task assignments frequently do not align with job titles, resulting in simple or menial work that feels more like busywork than valuable contributions. Additionally, there is a clear lack of respect and value for employees from Turkey, who are often treated in a condescending and dismissive manner. The company fosters a hostile environment where dedicating even a significant portion of your time outside work can lead to mobbing and harassment. Micromanagement by the CEO further undermines autonomy and trust within the team. Moreover, Medsien has a troubling pattern of abruptly terminating employees without valid reasons, failing to pay deserved wages, and not honoring promises made to staff. These actions suggest unethical behavior and exploitation, as the company appears more interested in profiting from its employees than valuing their contributions. Overall, Medsien cultivates a fear-based atmosphere filled with mobbing and disrespect. I strongly advise against joining this company, as it can lead to a toxic and demoralizing work experience.
