      Good benefits, working here looks good on the resume. A mission that you can be proud of. Opportunity to move around.

      Cons

      Getting political. Management pays only lip-service to things. A lot of fear and uncertainty about things with the San Antonio, move, etc. Too much groupthink

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
