Pros
Great team to work with. Staff members are helpful and wonderful. I could not ask for better bosses to work for. The strive to make all employees happy and balancing work life the best way possible while also making sure our jobs are secure.
Cons
No job is perfect. But I cannot think of anything that I am unhappy with or would look at as a con. I have ever had something bother me, owners and management have worked together with me to figure things out.
