Pros
Strong Product Portfolio, excellent reference accounts, talented team each with several years of Service Provider experience. Compensation and benefits are very good. They take care of their employees. Even in a down market, they provided employees with a bonus.
Cons
Sales Team is understaffed...needs more talented sales people to capture more market share.
