Pros
Good bonus structure, good islamic environment, not too much sales pressure, business pretty much comes to you.
Cons
but salaries are not competitive. Working environment is not professional enough, too many incompetent people working in this organization even in support departments, like finance, HR and especially HR dept. they are highly incompetent, it takes almost 3-4 months for their hiring process. Favouritism in branch banking and too much work load on employees as they have a serious staff problems.
