Pros
- The crew is awesome and professional
- The pay comes through when you need it
Cons
- Management is horrible and unorganized.
- Management is not engaged until something is wrong, then they won't hesitate to call or text to berate you.
- Feels like a factory, they don't really care about helping people
- Management doesn't care about the wellbeing of crew. They only care if you work the entire 12-hour day.
- The smell of people's houses is unbareable
- People have roach infestations sometimes and when you tell management, they don't care
- Dr. Now's office is unsanitary, old and falling apart
- Dr. Now is too old to do bariatric surgery and is partially deaf
- Dr. Now doesn't believe in emotional eating and tells his patients they "lack discipline"
- There is no company morale
- There are no opportunities for growth
- Company culture is pretty trash- if something goes wrong, people scramble to find someone to blame
