      Pros

      -LOTS OF HOURS FOR PART TIME EMPLOYEES - you get a lunch and a break for 5.5- 7 hrs of working) and a lunch and two breaks for 7.5 hours- 8 hours - mostly easy job until the lines hit

      Cons

      Weekly reviews about cashier performance (goal is 100 percent)and handscanning percentage (goal is 15 %) I think thats a bit excessive, Ive never had a job with weekly reviews. They make you feel bad if you dont hit goal and they dont praise you for what you do right -the pto is very low

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
