      Pros

      I haven't seen my boss since the beginning of the year.

      Cons

      No advancement. Things you do at Meijer as a Store Detective would be considered a Manager. New performance accountability review process that is full of day dreams. Most new stores are only in Michigan meaning limited career growth. Extremely poor LP staffing levels. One per store in most markets.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
