Pros
you get to try new things if they are in line with what your mangers thinks is right. Pay is good and Health Insurance is good. NO proper accountability.
Cons
Meijer used to be a Family Run Company with Ethics, not so much now . Since Early 2017 it is become company that wants to more and more profit at any cost. They have out-sourced their entire IT ( Infra and app dev maintenance ) to third parties ( Big Companies), which are moving the jobs to off-shores to save cost ( I guess that is how they kept the cost low on their bid's).
