Pros

Fast paced, friendly, family orientate (depending on your team leader), yearly raise

Cons

Passing up current employees for promotions for hiring outside the company, higher leadership is not forth coming about what you need to do to be promoted, very perception based instead of objective, higher management is not friendly (doesn't even say hi) and will not meet to discuss performance and goals, very political atmosphere in leadership. yearly review is "not allowed" to be high even if you have performed at a high level because they don't want to pay a big raise. You are expected to keep your team motivated and valued, HOWEVER, higher leadership does not thank you or make you feel valued.

Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

Pros

The fashions manager was nice and she was understanding about circumstances and things that just come up in life. The points system was also cool because you could cash out points for restaurant or Mastercard gift cards on top of regular pay.

Cons

After the remodel, they started cutting everyone's hours because they couldn't afford the workers they already had. This was irritating because they would cut part timers down to 12 hours a week but give you four hour shifts, so you didn't qualify for breaks you were already used to and also because four hours is not a lot of time to get down and dirty in a task and actually do it well.
