      Flexible schedule/hours, good benefits, good pay.

      Cons

      Horrible management and guidance, VERY disorganized, untrustworthy, and they always losing collaborations because of these things. Not a good place to learn or grow in a career.

      Pros

      Some BUs have very unique products for the beautytech market

      Cons

      Senior leadership of BUs have a complete lack of direction or business etiquette. More focused on monthly sales numbers than on maintaining the deep industry relationships necessary to achieve sales numbers in the long term.
