      Some colleagues are lovely to work with.

      Cons

      Really poor treatment of staff. Below average pay. Bad contract conditions, especially for staff on part-time contracts (most people are as they don’t like to give out full-time contracts). General lack of support.

      Very good salary for part time, loved my team and genuinely felt there was a familial community atmosphere

      Cons

      Extremely hard to manage work life balance, little to no time off, very poor company wide communication
