Pros

Melaleuca takes care of its employees. They helped pay for my schooling and were flexible with my schedule, allowing me to work full time while getting my bachelor's degree full time. Great benefits, they pay a LOT to keep our insurance rates low and provide great health care for me and my family.

Cons

To work here, you need to relocate to SE Idaho, a very small town. If you like the big city, this isn't the place for you. Compensation isn't super high, but it's competitive for the area and the cost of living in Idaho is quite low. So you can get by on less while living here.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
