Pros
Melaleuca has pivoted rapidly to accommodate work from home due to Covid-19. The IT department supported infrastructure to allow a large percent of employees to work from home. Prior to the pandemic this non-traditional format for work was not common, nor was it preferred. This has allowed a lot of opportunities to be spread nation wide and internationally vs. localized to headquarters. Having worked remotely for 5+ years prior to joining Melaleuca it was an easy adjustment for me personally. Other aspects I appreciate are profit sharing, excellent benefits that do not increase drastically year to year, and an inclusive culture where hard work and ingenuity is rewarded.
Cons
Some of the quirks of the culture might be difficult to adapt to as an outsider coming in.
