Pros
They have a great culture and people are very nice and optimistic there. Also Melaleuca's products are great, and you get them for free. There is good health insurance if you work full-time.
Cons
Pay is not the most competitive. You can get paid more working at Wal-Mart. But the longer you work and the better you are the more you get paid. Also, turnover is extremely high. This can be good and bad. Good if you're planning on staying longterm (you'll likely get promoted). Bad if you're short term because, well, you're the bottom of the barrell. Melaleuca also has some pretty dumb policies for their customers. The customers know it and Melaleuca knows it, but it has to be this way for their business model to succeed. Working in the morning is the worst time to work customer service. Evenings is nice and slow and you always get customers who are usually happy. But, probably the biggest con is their scheduling. If they need you to work, you have to work and they will not let you have the day off. If you do need time off, you better know months in advance or you wont get it.
