I’ve been with the company for over 4 years, and it has truly been a rewarding journey. It's is a mature startup that works with some of the largest enterprises in the country, which gives you great exposure and opportunities to learn. The work environment is young, collaborative, and employee-friendly. Salaries have never been delayed, even during difficult market periods. The founders are approachable, open to ideas, and genuinely care about building a strong culture.
Cons
There have been some changes in middle management over the last year, which led to occasional cultural misalignment in a few teams. This is improving, but continued attention is required to maintain consistency in culture and communication.
