I have been working with Melita for the past nine years, and I’m truly grateful to have joined such a great company at a young age. Over the years, I’ve not only grown professionally but also found a family within the company that has supported and helped me develop. I would highly recommend Melita as a great place to work.

I’ve been with Melita since 2013 and have seen first-hand how much the company values its people. It has a genuine family culture where colleagues support each other, and flexibility is part of the way we work. Growth opportunities are real — I started as an engineer and today lead the Core Networks team as Technical Head. Melita also invests in employee development. I was fortunate to receive a scholarship to support my Masters degree studies, which is a clear sign that the company believes in helping people reach their potential. The environment is approachable, and leadership is open to new ideas and collaboration.

As with any fast-paced telecom company, there are times when workloads can be demanding, especially during major projects. But the strong sense of teamwork makes those moments much easier to manage.
