      The aba office is a bit judgmental Sometimes political in who they favor and give supervision hours The BCBAs seem burnt out and stressed Some BCBAs seem moody Their data is by paper and difficult to handle therefore it can be ineffective

      Pros

      Offers mileage compensation. Intermediate positions for employees seeking BCBA supervision. Continual support and feedback. Frequent social events, group meetings and weekly newsletter postings create a strong sense of connectedness between employees.

      Cons

      Hires all around the valley but only one main office. Opportunities are based off of performance in the field.
