Pros
Meltwater is an entrepreneurial environment -- you get the opportunity to take an idea and run with it. There is a lot of autonomy and opportunities for growth. If you can take something abstract and take charge of it, then you get the chance to be creative, shape your own goals, objectives, milestones and thus your own career.
Cons
It can be a challenging place to work because there isn't a lot of support in terms of many central functions. Most of the senior management are heads of sales and therefore don't really understand the bigger picture, the market, etc.
