Pros

1. Challenging. 2. Great software. 3. The company truly cares about its employees and customers. I've worked for companies that care about one or the other, but it's refreshing to work for a company that values both. 4. They provide the computer, monitor, headset, everything I need to do my job well. 5. 3 weeks paid vacation plus excellent healthcare benefits. 6. Workplace atmosphere without the workplace. If I want to talk to another employee, they're only a Slack message or call away.

Cons

The only con I can think of is 30 minute lunches, although having longer lunches would lead to a longer day, so it’s not a bad con.

Pros

Working at MembershipWorks has been refreshing after running my own business for many years. I appreciate their professionalism, investment in training, flexibility when "life happens" (as another reviewer said), great fellow team members, paid vacation time and most of all their sincere interest in creating a mutually beneficial work environment. Here I have been able to learn new skills as well as expand what I'm offering the company beyond what I was originally hired to do. Working from home is also a great perk! There are no office politics and even it was possible to have them in a telecommuting environment, the team is so supportive that I can't imagine that happening.

Cons

The software is easy to use, but the learning curve initially feels steep. That's mainly because in a customer service environment you'll be asked questions you've not come across before that require troubleshooting. Once you get the hang of the system and the process of answering tickets/calls, it's a great feeling.
