Extremely mission driven team that's probably the most talented group of people I've seen in healthcare Very cool product but has lots of issues but the team is figuring it out great balanced team culture - people here work hard but its not too much or forced

leadership is not afraid to make big changes - i've had a good experience but could be different depending on your role/manager

-Wonderful coworkers and individual contributors that are very talented and driven -Many great client project teams to work with, which makes the day to day grind a lot more satisfying -If you play the game right, you will likely get some opportunities for new roles and responsibilities for your professional growth (though this happens frequently due to lay offs)

-Numerous layoffs have gutted multiple teams and demotivated the remaining team members. Unfortunately the rationale for such layoffs is rarely shared -A leadership group that is overall inexperienced but operates with an ego that has not yet been earned. Top leadership will spend time micromanaging mid-level managers and burning resources on trivial matters instead of focusing on critical issues and challenges -A scattered concept of a product that could have been addressed if hard but necessary decisions had been made years ago instead of 2024 -Recurring trend of laying off team members while they are on vacation or parental leave, specifically multiple new dads. A very important issue for new hires to be aware of if they plan on starting a family in the near future
