      Pros

      People there are very caring, considerate, respectful. I really enjoy working here and I think it will be a great place to move up over several years.

      Cons

      The best things about Memorial is also one of its biggest detractors. There are a lot of people who have made Memorial their career and have not had any experiences outside of there. Lots of folks that have spent 20 to 40 years there. That gives people a great historical perspective of the organization but also gets in the way to doing new things because that "isn't how we've always done it".

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      None. I loved working there.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
