Not enough organization Not given what we need to do our jobs at times PTO is taken out when employees can't make it in due to bad weather, etc. Lack of communication among employees with the correct people if an error is made so they go to the manager who may write you up Difficulty trying to get into their site to see paycheck, etc. Double work on some things Only accepts some new ideas temporarily and then goes back to the old way of doing things Work was time-consuming where it did not need to be, slowing us down, leading to inefficiency and hiring temps we didn't need to hire if we would have changed some of the processes and kept up with the things we needed to do our jobs hyper-focus on some things that were never followed up on Swayed by some employees concerning processes and decisions are not always made as a team Management sometimes refused to listen and was inflexible about new ideas
